David Watson is the Founder and CEO of RentVision, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for apartment marketing and revenue management. RentVision pioneered groundbreaking tools, including the original walkthrough video tour, predictive advertising technology, and advanced revenue management software. RentVision has grown to nearly 60 full-time employees and delivers measurable revenue gains for clients nationwide.

David also serves as Chairman and Co-owner of Century Sales & Management, a Nebraska-based property management firm. Under his leadership, Century has nearly tripled its managed units to over 4,000 while acquiring two additional companies. This hands-on experience as a real-world owner/operator gives David unparalleled insight into the actual marketing and revenue challenges facing multifamily professionals, directly informing the practical, results-driven solutions at RentVision.

He holds a degree in entrepreneurial management from Texas Christian University (TCU), where he served as Student Body President. David currently serves on the boards of Faith Bible Church and Five Q. He resides in Lincoln, Nebraska, with his wife, Jamie, and their four children: John (15), Elizabeth (13), and twins Matthew and Abigail (10).
