Situated in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, Sardinia is a mainly mountainous region, with a stunning and enchanted natural environment. The sublime sea displays itself in shades of vivid emerald to bright turquoise with coves, rugged coastline and sugary-white sand. The mountains filled with unique flora and fauna and animals such as goats and deer, roaming free.
Our location is more of an experience — marrying art, culture and nature.

We found the most spectacular location, brimming with heavenly landscapes and overflowing with art, music, history and dreamy views everywhere you look.
There are numerous terraces for an evening aperitivo, fresh herb gardens, dreamy spaces for yoga al fresco, artist suites for creating memories, pool and hot tub for relaxation, a spa after yoga, dining in the garden and so much more!

The Deluxe Rooms* are the reserved accommodations for the retreat.
Decorated with a typical Sardinian style, each room consists of a large bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower.
Some rooms have a balcony with garden view or on the courtyard. Amenities include air conditioning, minibar, telephone, safe, led tv, hairdryer, Nespresso, kettle, bathrobes and slippers.
*There is a possibility to upgrade for additional fee if you wish to enjoy your time in a larger, exclusive suite.

A delicious and hearty traditional breakfast is included daily at our wonderful location. Fresh fruits, juices, eggs, local breads, yogurts, cheeses and heavenly sweets are all part of our daily post-yoga meal. We will sit on a gorgeous, covered terrace with views of the pool and garden.
All dinners are included as part of the package. The restaurant at our location is known for its Sardinian cuisine with items such as spit-roasted meats, pane carasau, handmade pasta, olive oil and distinctive wines. The à la carte menu features classic Barbagia dishes, and much of the produce comes directly from their own farm and vegetable garden.

All lessons will be led by Sole Yoga Holidays Founder, Shari Hochberg.
Once or twice daily vinyasa, pliates core or restorative yoga will be practiced at one of two locations.
Get ready to move and flow with the warm breeze and sound of birds to serenade us in the morning and late afternoon.
Shari will revise the practice according to the needs of the guests. Every level is welcome from the very beginner to the more advanced practitioner.
We may take our mats one day to a majestic mountain spot for a flow in nature.

One day we will explore magical Cala Luna, a hidden paradise only reachable by foot. Tucked in a cove amid rocky headlands, this small, secluded beach features turquoise water & caves. We will return via boat. The hike is recommended for those comfortable with an intermediate, rocky path (appx. 90 minutes hike)
And then we will enjoy a packed lunch at the gorgeous beach with local goodies such as cheese, breads and fruits. The beach is famous for its caves and turquoise sea.
Finally, time to test out our culinary skills with a special cooking lesson. We will learn how to make local pasta or bread in a charming outdoor space.
One evening, we will taste and learn about local wines for a personal tasting.
