4. Dynamic Toe Touches 15 reps
5. Shoulder Rolls + Neck Rolls -1 min
Pro Level Flexibility Circuit
Do 3 rounds hold each move for 30-45 sec, rest 15
sec between.
1. Deep Lunge + Twist - opens hips & spine
2. Pike Stretch to Plank Flow - stretches
