The Destination Smokehouse situation just took another strange turn.

After the owner put out a public statement trying to clear things up about the situation with Mr. Tendernism, saying that Walt was never fired and that he wishes him the best moving forward, it looked like things might finally calm down. But that didn’t last long.

Singer SZA noticed something in the comments that immediately raised eyebrows. Someone commented under the post calling Mr. Tendernism a “mascot,” questioning how much a mascot is supposed to make.
