Milk, 1 liter (full-fat milk)
8-10 thin slices of white bread, crust removed
Sugar, about 1/2 cup or to taste
Powdered Milk, 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder, 1 tsp
Saffron, one pinch
Finely chopped pistachios, about 1 tsp
Finely chopped almonds, about 1 tsp

Whipping cream, 300ml
Sweetened condensed milk, about 2-3 tbsp
Some chopped pistachios and rose petals for garnishing

Creamy Bread Kulfi:
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (add more or less if desired)
2-3 slices of bread (dry blend)
Finely chopped pistachios, about 1/4 cup
Finely chopped almonds, about 2 tbsp
Whipping cream, 300ml
Chopped pistachios for garnishing
