The main thing which is very important for you all is knowing the fact that you cannot file a case in labour court directly. You can file a case directly in Civil or Criminal Court but the process of labour court is different as no one can directly approach and file a labour court case.
In the above video i described the step by step procedure through which you can reach the labour court. Initially, you need to file a complaint in the office of Labour Commissioner of your area and then he only have the power to forward your complaint to a labour court as a case. All the important points regarding the labour court complaint is described in the video.
