Описание: As a woman in the software industry, Nylas Co-founder & CTO Christine Spang knew since her days starting at MIT that women are a minority in the industry. When it came to founding Nylas, she felt strongly that if you’re going to go through all the pain and suffering of starting something from scratch, then you might as well make it a place you really want to be. For her, that place needed to include foundational, ingrained support for diversity and inclusion.

Nylas works to reach out to people across different races, backgrounds, genders, and other groups to bring their unique talents and insights into our organization. And at a leadership level, Spang says it’s all about being open, listening to people, and ultimately giving support and encouragement to everyone.
