What you hear now is the prototypical mix of the Opening Stage theme, also known as "Crash Site Ruins" from an early, prototype version of (what may be considered the most half-assly made title in the MMX series), Rockman X6.

On August 21, 2010, a Sonic Retro goer by the name of Skaarg, who just happens to be a big Mega Man fan, ripped and released a prototype of Rockman X6 (the Japanese version of Mega Man) to the internet. The prototype, dated September 28, 2001, shows some pretty interesting work-in-progress material obviously not found in the final product.
One of the main differences in the prototype are the alternate tracks found including the Opening Stage, which you see (and hear) here.
