Today we're talking about SOME black people saying that you need to be from the hood, to address certain black topics. They say that you have to have lived the "Black experience" in order to speak on the culture... Fair enough, but the issue comes in when the "black experience" they speak of, is all negative stereotypes.
What do you think? Are there qualifiers for how black you are?
