Did you know Japanese curry was introduced to Japan by the British and the 19th century? it was adopted by the Japanese Navy to prevent vitamin B deficiency and was even served on NASA missions.

Ingredients (3-4 servings):
Onion 1 medium sized 250-280g
Potato 2 potatoes (200g)
Carrot 100g
Garlic 1 clove (grated)
Butter 10g
Pork 300g
Japanese Curry roux 4 blocks (1/2 box)
Sugar 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 2tsp
Sunflower oil 1 tbs
