This episode I make my way from Echuca on the Murray in Victoria, all the way to Narooma on the NSW south coast.
My dad and his wife Kathryn are with me for this part of the trip as they are making their way back home to Bowral, after visiting family in South Australia.
We go on a paddle steamer in Echuca on the fabulous Murray River before making our way east. We spend a bit of time in Cooma where my dad grew up and went to school, which was a nice trip down memory lane for him. Checking out The Snowy Mountain Hydro-Electric Scheme, Cooma North Pubic School, Monaro High School and Doondoo Street before making our way to Narooma where we holidayed when I was a kid.
I hope you enjoy this episode, and I dedicate this one to my dad. It was so nice that I got to spend this time with him, reliving his past and listening to all his stories of growing up in Cooma.
