650–700g golden potatoes (about 3–4 medium)
40g butter
80ml whipping cream
salt & black pepper, to taste

decoration (Jurassic theme)
broccoli florets (trees)
zoo biscuits (animal props)
shaped nuggets (optional: tree, heart, or bird-shaped)

gravy -
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
200ml water (or light stock, if preferred)
2 tbsp black pepper sauce
½ tsp soy sauce (optional)
