If you are a spouse or a stepchild of a U.S. citizen and you are in the United States without admission or Parole, so you have entered in the United States without admission or Parole, and you have been physically present in the United States continuously without admission or Parole since June 17, 2014, and you have a valid marriage to a U.S. citizen as of June 17, 2024, or before that date, or you have established a valid stepchild relationship to a U.S. citizen, on or before June 17,
2024, then you may apply for the Parole in Place program, which will allow you, if approved for the temporary Parole, to apply for adjustment of status and obtain your green card without having to depart the United States and trigger any bans.
