This play through showcases all of the secrets you need to do in order to get the true, Good Ending.

Chapter 2 - You will need to grab a cassette tape under the graveyard.
Chapter 3 - Don't kill the end level boss, instead use all 3 fuses after they break the wall to escape
Chapter 4 - Avoid killing any forgotten ones and Get past the wall of connections without burning them.
Chapter 5 - The hardest requirement, do the entire level in madness. this means no saving for the entire level. Take your time and just pick enemies off one-by-one
Chapter 6 - Don't kill the tree lurker, just ignore turning the hydro valves
Chapter 7 - Find the hidden cassette tape when the radio voice tells you not to return to the catacomb. The map is reversed for this section.
Chapter 8 - Don't kill any forgotten ones, just go around the alternate path.

Then just play the game as normal to unlock the good ending!
