My approach of the Kephri Transmog. A person can obtain it by successfully completing a level 4 Kephri room without deaths and with all invocations of the demi-boss on, in a 450+ level raid.
By many, including myself, this one is considered the most annoying transmog to obtain in the Tombs of Amascut.

All Zebak's invocations
Stay Vigilant
Feeling Special
All Ba-Ba's invocations
All Wardens invocations
