This is a video of me going over the settings I use for OBS, Open Broadcaster Software 22.0.3 on macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra running on a MacBook Pro 2013 Late model with a Retina display.

The main trip up for me was being able to record my microphone while also recording system audio / sounds followed by getting a proper screen recording as well.

🚨 DISCLAIMER 🚨 I changed out the display assembly on my Macbook the other day because the screen was broken, and for whatever reason the webcam image / picture is blurry, I tried cleaning the screen / glass where the webcam is, and this about as clear of a picture as I could get. 🤷‍♂️

CONCLUSION
----------------------

After reviewing the video a couple of times it appears I need to lower the input volume on my mic, and add a audio gain for Soundflower, ie. my System audio.
