Did SWGOH Scam Me? I Bought the $40 Lightspeed Bundle

Описание: On February 23rd I purchased the Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle in Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes for about $40 CAD through the web store. This bundle should have provided several relic-level characters and helped accelerate my progress toward unlocking Darth Revan and Malak at Relic 7.

However, after completing the purchase and logging back into the game, I only received crystals instead of the bundle contents.

In this video I walk through exactly what happened, including:
• The order confirmation
• The crystals that were received instead of the bundle
• My attempts to contact support
• The forum posts regarding the issue
• The impact this has had on my account

Because of this issue I have now missed multiple important events in Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes including Grand Arena Championships, Territory Wars, and the final week of Conquest where this team would have been extremely useful.

I’ve also seen other players reporting the same issue on the forums, so I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this bug.
