As per the latest news coming on Mirror Now, it is being reported that an important defence council meeting is known to held today which will be chaired by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and will be attended by all the three chiefs. The important issue to discuss here is self-reliance in the field of Indian Navy warships.
The Rs 36,000 crore project is supposed to be the first under an ambitious strategic partnership model to involve the private sector in large military projects monopolized by the public sector till now and will be the largest ‘Make in India’ defence order.
