No shoulder seams. No shoulder bind-off. No complicated construction.

In the tutorial, I show you how to knit The Flow Hoodie — a true one-piece seamless hoodie designed with a continuous front-to-back construction.

The hoodie begins at the lower front. The two front panels are worked separately, and instead of binding off for the shoulders, the stitches are divided to form the shoulders, back, and hood — all in one flowing structure. The result is a fully integrated hoodie with zero shoulder sewing.

The sample shown is sized for approximately a 6-year-old, but the same method can easily be adjusted for adult sizes with simple stitch calculations.
