The political landscape for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections is becoming clearer. The ruling MahaYuti alliance has finalized its seat-sharing formula. Under the agreement, the BJP will contest 137 seats and the Shiv Sena 90 seats. Both parties will also allocate some of their seats to their alliance partners. After the distribution of nomination forms, BJP and Shiv Sena candidates filed their nominations today, December 30th. This has intensified the election activity in Mumbai politics.
मुंबई महानगरपालिका यानी BMC चुनाव को लेकर सियासी तस्वीर अब साफ होती नजर आ रही है। सत्तारूढ गठबंधन महायुति में सीट बंटवारे का फॉर्मूला तय हो गया है। समझौते के तहत बीजेपी 137 सीटों पर और शिवसेना 90 सीटों पर चुनाव लडेगी। दोनों दल अपने अपने हिस्से की कुछ सीटें मित्र दलों को भी देंगे। एबी फॉर्म बांटे जाने के बाद आज 30 दिसंबर को बीजेपी और शिवसेना के उम्मीदवारों ने नामांकन दाखिल कर दिया है। इसके साथ ही मुंबई की राजनीति में चुनावी हलचल तेज हो गई है।
