It is presented by the talented Tandin Bidha, one of Bhutan’s most loved and famous actors.

The Bhutan Storytelling Series is a collaboration between the Dragon Kidz (Dakinny) channel and the Magic Libraries Foundation (MLF) which promotes the joy of reading and storytelling in English, Dzongkha and other local languages for young children in Bhutan and around the world.

With the successes of the first storytelling series that was launched during the pandemic in 2020, Dakinny and MLF committed to produce more stories using locally published authors such as the well-known “Folktales of Bhutan” . Dakinny and MLF are extremely grateful to all the authors, personalities, celebrities and artists from Bhutan who supported this initiative.
