Episode 009: After returning from Dubai, my best friend Mandy and I decided to go on a staycation to Birch Community in Cheshunt and it was stunning. We stepped out of our comfort zone from swimming in the cold to eating duck heart and trying pottery. And of course, there was a lot of laughter.
