This video is one of the 491 series, which we take you into detail of each state or territory's criteria under the new Skilled Regional Work (provisional) Visa (Subclass 491).
In this video, we will get you to look detail on how ACT (Australia Capital Territory)'s matrix, which provides a whole different point-based system for its own.
Once 491 has a state or territory nomination approved, you will be able to gain a 5 year regional work visa that allows you to transition into PR (Subclass 191) once you hit 3 years of annual wage of $53,900+.
