💪 Whether you're training at home or in the gym, this flow-style workout hits every major muscle group while improving balance and mobility.
🔥 Workout Format:
• 40 sec work / 20 sec rest
• 22 total movements
• Strength, core, rotation, and control
• Balanced left-right structure
🛠️ Equipment:
• 1 kettlebell (light to moderate weight)... I'm using 8kg
• Optional mat or towel for floor work
