It's amazing what you will find if you venture beyond the obvious tried and tested Chinese cities - in the ancient city of Yangzhou, Jiangsu, there are many areas that are especially earmarked for cultural preservation. This means that a lot of the old traditional architecture is still there for you to see, a lot of it. My friend Derek (One River Tea) and I walked along the Pi Shi Jie (skin city street) to see what we could find.
