Hey, welcome from Basel (Switzerland). I'm here with Petra. She works at Dolder. And she's got a great story about red work and blue work applying to the family. Petra.
Exactly. So a couple of months ago, my oldest son, he's 13. He came home and he said, “Mom, I'm having trouble in school. I feel I'm not on top of everything. Can you help?”
And then we started something like blue work red work. So we started together, we talked about possible measures, we introduced the weekly planning session, we introduced office hours, so that he knew when he had to do his homework. And we already said, “Okay, let's try it for four weeks. Then let's get back together and see what works.” After four weeks, we sat back together and we adapted some things. And then we made the period a little bit longer. Six weeks, and this works really well. He's happy. His grades are up. He feels more confident. Now it's the summer holidays and we start again after this.
