3 Things to Consider when Connecting Zoom to Thinkific

Описание: There are 2 ways to connect Zoom to a Thinkific lesson. If you choose the live lesson, there are 3 important considerations. Let's chat about them.

To integrate Zoom into Thinkific you can use (1) a Multimedia lesson or (2) a Live Event lesson.

Multimedia will open Zoom in a new tab while Live Event will stay in Thinkific.

There are 3 important considerations with the live event. The Thinkific Zoom Integration does not allow:
1. More than 100 students
2. Safari web browsers
3. Breakout Rooms or Polling

You can solve 2 and 3 easily by suggesting your students open Zoom outside of Thinkific, but then it would just make sense to use the Multimedia lesson type.

The Multimedia lesson type is also useful for other online meetings or webinar platforms such as Google Meets.
