We had a full and exciting travel experience in Pristina, the young and energetic capital of the Balkans.
First, we visited one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, the architecturally striking National Library of Kosovo. Then we stopped for photos in front of the NEWBORN Monument, the powerful symbol of Kosovo’s independence.
To feel the historical atmosphere, we explored the Mother Teresa Cathedral and wandered through the city’s old buildings. One of the most enjoyable moments of the day was walking along the lively, pedestrian-only Mother Teresa Boulevard. We browsed souvenir shops, checked out local markets, and observed everyday life up close.
In the evening, we experienced Pristina’s vibrant nightlife and topped it off by tasting delicious Balkan flavors at its famous local grill restaurant.
In short, Pristina impressed us with its modern structures, rich history, and dynamic energy. It’s definitely a must-visit destination for anyone who wants to feel the true spirit of the Balkans. ✨
