Описание: Greetings! Hope you had a wonderful holiday and are gearing up for a fabulous 2011! In order to get the ball rolling for the new year, I decided to start off with Chicken Fried Steak, I know that many of you already know how to make this and that it is as easy as can be, but some people may not know how to make the pan gravy and I have many viewers who are just starting out and don't know where to begin when it comes to many dishes, so there you go! I hope you give this one a whirl. This may not be a regular dish in your cooking arsenal and sometimes I flat out forget about this one, so its fun to pull out of the box and create this recipe from time to time, give this one another try and as always, Happy Eating!
