This is Day 1 of my full walk along the Lycian Way (Likya Yolu) - Turkey’s most famous long-distance hiking trail, stretching along the Mediterranean coast of southern Turkey.

Filmed in late January and early February, this journey takes place in the quiet off-season, before the crowds arrive. Early spring is slowly beginning on the Turkish Riviera: green hills, fresh air, blooming wildflowers, and empty coastal paths.

This is an immersive first-person hiking experience.
No talking. No music. No commentary.
Just natural sounds, footsteps on the trail, wind, sea, and the rhythm of walking.

The Lycian Way follows ancient paths between ruins of Lycian cities, mountain passes, pine forests, and dramatic sea cliffs. In this series, I walk the route step by step, capturing the real experience of long-distance hiking in Turkey - slow, quiet, and uninterrupted.
