You can use discord and group chats to communicate, where you change your friends' names. Hunters entertainment has a digital integration with this serious and dark role playing game, but what do us board gamers think, since this is not a classical game with mechanisms and chits and strategy. Is it potentially too freeform? Should you play another RPG like dungeons and dragons or fiasco? You can also buy a PDF on Roll20 for really cheap.
