Описание:
This is a variation of the standard plank that demands more recruitment from our internal and external obliques. Our obliques are responsible for lateral flexion and rotational movements, so forcing our torsos to remain aligned while supported on one arm make the obliques work extra hard to keep our body straight. Force the arm you are balancing on down heavy toward the ground for improved stabilization. Increase the intensity of this exercise by having a partner add weight to your back.
