Tatton Park is a historical estate with a neo-classical mansion and 50 acres of landscaped Gardens.
Tatton Park was owned by the Egerton family from 1598 to 1958. It became their main residence in the 18th century
The magnificent Mansion displays treasured collections of the well-travelled Egerton family.
At Tatton Park's Mansion you can see on display a rare and unique work by distinguished renaissance artist, Francesco Salviati .
Maurice, the last Lord Egerton bequeathed the Mansion and Gardens to the National Trust on his death in 1958 for the enjoyment of the nation.
