This is a look at my weekly ferret room and cage cleaning routine. Plus a look at my critter nation cage, which is exactly the same as the ferret nation, except for the direction of the cage bars. The bars on a Ferret Nation go up and down (vertical). The bars on the Critter Nation go across (horizontal).

I have a Double Critter Nation, my ferrets love this cage and even though the ferrets have free range to roam within their bedroom, they often choose to sleep in the cage.

I clean my ferrets bedding once a week I also clean the floor in their room once a week as well. I clean the water Bowls and bottle daily and I also clean out their food bowls daily. I clean the ferret litter boxes at least twice a day.

I make all of my own cage liners, hammocks, tunnels, and sleep sacks. I have put the links to those DIY videos below:
