I finished every other challenge without too much trouble. This challenge has been made much harder since the beta, and I doubt any dev playtested it. This challenge is ridiculous and took many many tries to figure out a strategy
The core concept for Welkin I used was:
1. Wait out his stupid shield by rotating around a pillar to keep out of line of sight
2. Jump over his flash-blind while reversing pillar rotation direction and hit all your buttons
4. Use the multi laser to quickly break out of the box
5. Leave shields for him to smack between me and him
6. Rat around the pillar and keep bopping him
For Panther, who is FAR easier
1. Rat around the pillar, when he sees you he gets spear happy, dodge and let the spear pass
2. Shoot him. Keep ratting around the pillar, refer to step 1
