'Trébucher means 'to stumble' in French which mirrors the way the track seems to trip over itself because of the interplay between the rhythm and the synth line. I wanted the synth line - written on the MFB Dominion Club and sequenced using the Electron Octatrack - to naturally swell and change over time, and to fall in to and out of a triplet feel, in order to emphasize the 'stumble’.' - Throwing Snow
