Cooking Procedure:
1. Take big size chicken Breast/Leg pieces in a bowl.
2. Add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Oil, Curd, Lemon and finally food color (Color is optional).
3. Then Cook the pieces under medium flame until the oil comes out(Half Cook) and let the gravy becomes thicker.
4. Now take a grill and keep all the pieces on it.
5. Now maintain medium flame and fry the pieces for 5-10mins.
6. Now remove from grill. Apply Butter and serve with Mint Chutney.
• Mint Chutney: Blend 1cup curd, 2garlic cloves, Mint Leaves and 1Green chilli.
