More about me:
I started gymnastics at the age of six, and finished my career as a Collegiate D1 Gymnast. I have taken my background in gymnastics training and my experience in CrossFit and merged the two passions to create drills, skills and programs for our community.
I competed in CrossFit from 2011 until 2017, making 6 Regional appearances and 4 Games appearances as a Masters Athlete. I completed “Diane” [21-15-9 Deadlift/HSPU] in 2:29 to take 1st place in that workout at the 2017 CrossFit Games.
Currently, I co-own Performance Plus Programming which provides over 40+ Skill Based Programs for athletes, anything from your First Strict Pull Up to Bar Muscle Up Endurance. Performance Plus began in 2016 and has helped thousands of athletes obtain their First Bar Muscle Up and Improve their skills and understanding of body weight movements. The programs, on average, last 10-20 minutes per day so you can continue your current training and add PP into your training to reach your skill goals.
