Ingredients:

1 Pound medium ground beef
1 Large potato, sliced thinly
1⁄2 Chopped onion
3 Cloves chopped garlic
1 Large carrot, grated
1 Orange bell pepper, diced (You can use red or green if you wish.)
1 10 oz can of sweet corn
1 14 oz can of Italian diced tomatoes (Use regular too if you like.)
1 - 2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tsp of ground black pepper
2 Tsp of Italian seasoning
1⁄4 Tsp of hot pepper flakes
2 Cups of old sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp of chopped parsley for garnish
