Описание: Everyone, it's Danielle Taylor, with Keller Williams Realty here on the beautiful Outer Banks and today I thought I would take an opportunity to give you my TOP 5 REASONS WHY IMPORTANT TO WORK WITH A TRUSTED REALTOR PARTNER.

Whether you are at the beginning of your search or well into it, having somebody that you can rely on is super, super important, and here's why:

#1-Real estate itself has a lot of moving parts. There's a lot of forms that need to be done. There's a lot of negotiations that need to happen. There are so many things that need to go on through the transaction that it's really important to have that professional there to view through all of that and make sure that you don't miss a step.

#2-Buying a home is time-consuming, especially in our market, where most of the people I work with are not here physically, and so having someone here that's your feet on the street, that's making sure that they're scouring for you on a regular basis to find the perfect property and make sure you don't miss an opportunity is invaluable.

#3-Real estate really has its own language. You know there's SMA and pads and all these kinds of things, and if those terms kind of lover, make your eyes glass over, then you need your realtor partner. They can help you understand the INS and outs of all those terms and what they mean and how they affect you. So that's number three.

#4- We do this every day. Most homeowners do it a few times in their life. You know they just don't do it on a regular basis. So how could you possibly know what you don't know? And so that's why you have a realtor partner because we do this every day. We know what to look out for. We know the pros and cons of all the different things that you can come up against and we're here to guide you.

#5- Objectivity. Whether you're buying or selling, there is often emotions wrapped up in properties. There are memories, there are things that have happened there that make it hard to be objective and you need your realtor partner to be your advocate and to get you past some of those things that maybe are are keeping you from getting where you want to be, because you can't be objective—you're too close to it.
