We believe, and we are seeing, that it's time for those of us who are out in front of our companies, organizations, associations and even in politics to inspire and motivate, with something far meatier than rah-rah verbiage.

We must lead others by example.

We must step into our role as a leader with transparency, honesty, and vulnerability.
