We all believe that we have a special, unique, hidden talent within us which will one day make us very successful. However, as humans, our performance is innately affected by the size of the receiving audience. Imagine the pressure coming from giving a speech in front of Mr. Steves classroom versus delivering the opening keynote to the president's inauguration. Showcasing our written piece, speech or act to the world -- being watched by millions on social media, platforms like youtube or shows like America's got talent -- that pressure truly transforms one's planning, preparation and inevitably the performance!
Marc Williams is a high-powered, energetic motivational speaker, leadership development trainer, and executive speech coach. With various degrees and almost 20 years of experience in education, communication, and administration, Marc provides the motivation and strategies audiences can use to become powerful leaders and dynamic communicators.
