It was a great honor to host Shaykha #IeashaPrime at Wasat to guide us through an exploration of the sacred masculine and the sacred feminine. In the Quran, the Real describes men and women as awliya (guardians/sanctified ones) for one another. Shaykha Ieasha commented on this verse, among others, and led us through an introduction to the Jalal (majestic) and Jamal (beautiful) divine attributes, as they relate to the male and female principles throughout creation. May we be a community that honors the complementary natures of femininity and masculinity in a way that is beloved to the One in whom all polarities dissolve into Unity.
