The EYFS recognises the importance of parents about communicating and supporting them. However, in my experience practice can vary greatly. I made this EYFS webinar to help educators and business leaders reflect upon the importance they put upon parent partnerships. There is a lot of emphasis on what WE do IN day nurseries and preschools. However, high quality early years provision will embrace parents and families much further than just keeping them as happy customers. Ongoing research informs us, working with parents is very, very, important, not just for the business but ultimately for every child.
