Alright, Episode 36 of Off the Page with Keira.
Today was such a good day.
A really important day.
After two full days at an event and speaking on stage yesterday, today was about rest—true nervous system nourishment. I got a massage. I slowed my body down. I let myself integrate everything that moved through me this week.
And then—such a gift—I was blessed to be a guest on Kate Northrup’s podcast today. That felt exciting and expansive and so aligned.
But the sweetest part of the day was tonight.
I got to go to dinner with my son, Kale.
Kale lives here in Nashville, and he’s a musician. His band is called Heart Hotel. Tonight, he played me one of his new songs, and it was… honestly incredible.
Watching him rise into his mastery, hearing his voice mature, feeling his confidence and creativity deepen—it is one of the greatest gifts of my life.
There is nothing like witnessing your child step into who they are becoming.
It was a beautiful, nourishing, grounding, heart-full day.
