The spots I pointed out were not the Bolt holes. You'll know where they are when you take off the manifold.
This issue could and could not be the "Dodge TICK" problem... (IT WAS!!!).
The RATTLE is very fast and loud during deceleration (gas pedal released). You can really hear it with the windows down while driving close to buildings, other cars, or any structure that can reflect sound back.
Apparently, this BROKEN Bolt issue is a very common problem with this model truck and probably others like Jeeps.
