In the latest Development Session for the Organisational Development and Change Network, we were joined by leadership expert Rich Wills to discuss leadership development.
Rich brought insights from his hugely popular and highly regarded Tri Sector challenge, an innovative and immersive form of leadership development. Highlighting the benefits of this type of development for learners, Rich also shared the key skills the programme has suggested leaders need and lessons learned from sessions over the years.
He also shares some insight over the secrets from the Fire Service and how their leaders have excelled in past events.
The Development Sessions are the opportunity for network members to learn from experts in the field and share ideas and best practice with others. These are supported by quarterly Connect and Collaborate sessions, where network members share real life challenges they are facing and can call upon the collective wisdom and experience of the network to help solve.
