Our assembly line processing facilities are located in two units: the first unit is situated at GANDHIDHAM while the second unit is at BHAVNAGAR
We are one of the largest cashew processing companies in Western India with supplies to all major companies, dealers etc across India. Brief profile with flow of our complete process is as per below:

1. SOURCING RAW CASHEW FROM AFRICA
We have our own office of over 20 people in Africa with in-house experts in sourcing, packaging and freight forwarders. This enables us to send the best of the best cashews of all types to India for further processing. We have a complete setup of the production chain right from the first to the last pillar of the value chain for our cashew segment. RCN is checked, sourced and packed by our dedicated team of over 20 people in Africa. Then, through our logistics team, same is send to our facility here in India

2. IMPORT OF RAW CASHEW NUTS (RCN)
Our sister concern is located at Kutch, Gujarat, which is the the hub of imports in India at Gujarat, we have a huge setup to import RCN, clear them and store them at our own warehouses.

3. PROCESSING & PACKAGING OF CASHEW
We have state of the art plants and machinery imported from across the globe. We have a staff of over 150, which includes trained labor, supervisors, managers etc. With processing capacity of over 20 MT per day, we cater to the over growing demand for cashews. Special packaging team enables us to deliver big orders at a quick time.

QUALITY:
We are an ISO 22000 certified company. We also have FSSAI License with an in-house team for quality checks on each stage, as per the guidelines given by the certification agencies.

BRAND:
Our brand UB NUTS is a trademark registered brand. Since the past 4 years, our brand has reached every nook and corner of India, providing the best of the cashews.
