Описание: Chest and Biceps TORTURE Dumbbell Workout | 30 minutes Superset Workout

This Chest and Biceps TORTURE Dumbbell Workout is a follow along workout that you can do at home or in the gym. In this workout we are working with two blocks of supersets. Each block contains 6 exercises, each exercise for 50 seconds long and with 20 seconds rest in between. we will perform each block for two rounds in a row.

Please find the script for today's Chest and Biceps Dumbbell Workout below:

BLOCK 01
1. 2 STEP FLOOR PRESS
2. STANDING CURL
3. PARALLEL WIDE PRESS
4. T-CURLS
5. NORMAL PRESS TO NARROW PRESS
6. DUMBBELL DRAG CURL

BLOCK 02
1. FLOOR FLY (Wrong name in the video!)
2. HEAVY ALTERNATING HAMMER CURL
3. WEIGHTED CHAIR DIPS
4. SWITCH CURL
5. DECLINE NARROW PRESS
6. CONCENTRATION HAMMER CURL
