Drone footage showing the latest progress at Clongriffin Central, a major LDA-led urban development in the heart of Dublin 13, right beside Clongriffin train station 🚁
This aerial update captures construction now underway on the first phase of the project (Blocks 5 & 6), being delivered by Walls Construction Ltd. When complete, Clongriffin Central will provide around 2,000 new homes, and together with the neighbouring LDA Stapolin Square development, the wider area has the potential to deliver over 4,000 new homes.
Subject to planning, the development will also include affordable housing, green spaces, shops, and community facilities, helping to create a vibrant new neighbourhood for residents, locals, and visitors.
